I had an excellent experience purchasing melee diamonds from K Rosengart. I was building my own engagement ring for my (now) fiance, and Karen was very helpful. Great communication by phone, email, and actually the online chat as well. Most retailers I talked to only wanted to deal with customers associated with the jewelry trade, so I am grateful K.Rosengart was happy to deal with smaller customers like me!The 10 melee diamonds were excellent as far as I could tell. All had great diameter and color consistency. Prices were good. Overnight shipping arrived on time.

I met Karen at a conference last month and really appreciated how approachable she was to chat with. I told her one of my biggest issues with ordering melee in bulk was how inconsistent the parcels were. I work in CAD so I need my melee consistent with size and quality. She told me that was one aspect that set her apart form other vendors. I gave her a shot and have been extremely pleased with what she has been sending me. Her price is competitive, but the attention to detail surpasses other companies I've been ordering from. What will really keep me coming back is the warm personalities of her and her staff; she is a pleasure to work with.

My experience with Karen was exceptional!!!! This was my first time sending a diamond to be repaired. I called alot of people and asked alot of questions before settling on Karen to fix my diamond. There is a lot of trust that needs to be present to send your diamond to a business out of state. Not only with shipping, but with the person you send it to. She answered my million questions cheerfully and with exacting answers. After speaking with her I knew where my diamond would be and what would be done with it from start to finish. To my surprise, it was done before expected and back in my hands in under a week. The diamond was 100% again and they did it without affecting the size very much. I trust her to care for future diamond projects I will be working on in the near future. She is very trustworthy and the work is AMAZING!!!! Thanks again Karen!
